Interview
I submitted my resume online. Got an email to schedule a skill test after about 3 weeks. The day after I took the test, I got an email to schedule a phone screen in a week or two. During the phone screen, I was asked a couple of typical behavior questions. Most of the time, the interviewer asked me about my research projects in graduate school and almost anything on my resume. The interviewer was very friendly and patient.
30 minute call. A few programming questions (some theoretical, some simple programming on the spot) and a couple of short data questions. They generally help you when you get stuck, and are very open and frank when answering questions about their work.

Interview
This was for a commodities research analyst. Had a 30-min phone screen where we talked about my experience. Then had an in-person round at the Madison Ave location. In-person was very similar. Just went over my resume and talked about my current position. Both of the interviewers were very pleasant. I wasn't too impressed with the position so I did not continue the process.
