I applied for the intern position at JPMorgan Chase and got sent an online assessment as many university applicants do. I took the OA which lasted for about 40 minutes and had two questions on data structures and algorithms (leetcode style problems) with a chance to explain your solution on a recording after each.

I completed three rounds of interviews for the position, including technical assessments that evaluated my coding proficiency through practical problem-solving exercises designed to test relevant software development skills and knowledge.
Was given a leetcode problem within the first 4 mins of the interviewer. Wish I was making this up. Interviewers did not really introduce themselves besides names, straight to the code problem.The interview felt extremely cold. No soul, no passion, no discussion
Asked very scripted questions and everyone took a lot of notes. I really enjoyed the people I spoke with and they really made me think about the role and my past
