Applied online at chase career, did an online assessment which i assumed i passed because i was called by chase recruiter the next day.She scheduled for an interview with the district manager the next week.Met with the district manager and branch manager, the district manager asked all the questions ,basically about my previous work experiences.I was asked to role play which i expected because i read the interview review online so i was prepared the role play was to assume the "district manager is a customer who was referred by a customer of the bank, who wants to open a checking account and credit card...i thought i did quite well was told they will get back to me in two weeks..when i didn't hear from the recruiter i called and was told i was not shortlisted..that they decided to go with someone else..i was really disappointed as i thought i did very well ..Expect to role play
