I happend to be talkin with my PB and the BM walks into the cubicle, he intoduced me to him and I seized the oppurtunity to ask him if he was possibly looking for someone...I was out of work for almost 3 months and was getting sick of posting resumes and getting no calls so he was like yeah, asked me a bunch of questions like availability, experience, education history, he gave me his card and told me to contact him because the only way to apply is online but the job posting wasn't there. He said he'll speak to HR about it and a week later it was on the jobsite. I already had taken the assesment for Chase for basic math and scenerio tests so I was good. A week later HR called me and asked me some questions over the phone....really nice lady, then she scheduled me for an interview with the BM, I sat talked to him with the ABM there as well and he asked a bunch of procedural questions, a few days past then HR calls with an offer..I accepted... Then went to 1 CMP to get fingerprinted... Then I sceduled a drug test... And they emailed me my start date almost exactly a month after my initial contact with Chase.
It was a short interview where they asked multiple questions scenario based questions. Mainly trying to see if your responses align with the Chase theme of professionalism and customer service punctuality and eagerness to grow.

Interviews were conducted in a timely manner - Prompt relaxed. Provided several details around the job, culture , and benefits. The interviewee met me and sat with me in the office. He asked about 12 questions and it lasted about 30 minutes.
After filling out an application, if selected you will have a phone interview, if selected a branch manager will reach out. After 1-2 weeks you'll get accepted or rejected. very basic questions from experiences.
