Met a recruiter at job fair at my university, and she was immediately interested after learning more about me. She called me and we spoke a little more about my background and then sent me some personality tests. Afterwords we set up a 1:1 interview between her and I and she asked basic questions i.e. why do I want to work for Washington Mutual? Next came an interview with the managing partner of the office who more of told me about the office and what they do and their outlook on things. He really didn't ask me many questions at all. He instead suggested I meet with one of the current financial sales reps to learn more about their products, which the recruiter was instructed to set up. That never happened. What also pissed me off was they said they don't usually hire recent graduates to fill the position I was told I was interviewing for and that they usually hire their summer interns to fill the position. He also hinted at the fact that I be an intern (which does similar work to their entry level position) for a few months. I never heard back after that interview.
I also had a friend, a year below me, who was finalist for an summer intern position. At one point between the 1:1 with her and the 1:1 with the partner, she took 2 weeks to get back to me. She told me she was out of town on business. I knew she was lying because my friend had a 1:1 interview with her why she "was out of town on business."
