The employees were nice, but the role wasn't a fit. I think the internal recruiter wasn't really clear on what they were looking for. I wish they had spent more time trying to place me.

I was asked about how substantial my work projects had been, what stack they were in and examples of challenges I encountered and how I handled them.
I completed three rounds of interviews for the position, including technical assessments that evaluated my coding proficiency through practical problem-solving exercises designed to test relevant software development skills and knowledge.
Was given a leetcode problem within the first 4 mins of the interviewer. Wish I was making this up. Interviewers did not really introduce themselves besides names, straight to the code problem.The interview felt extremely cold. No soul, no passion, no discussion
Asked very scripted questions and everyone took a lot of notes. I really enjoyed the people I spoke with and they really made me think about the role and my past
