One of the interviewers I had kept cutting me off while I was speaking and interrupting, which made the interview experience a bit uncomfortable. He barely let me get two words in! After the final interview, I received no word from their HR for more than 2 weeks despite follow ups, which is a long time to keep candidates who are actively searching waiting. Felt like they didn't respect my time. There was a take home writing assignment.

The interview process involved multiple rounds and was fair, straightforward, and well-structured. Each round provided a clear opportunity to discuss my experience, demonstrate my knowledge, and assess my suitability for the role.

The interview focused on my motivation for joining J.P. Morgan, my previous experience, technical knowledge, understanding of the role, and behavioural questions exploring teamwork, challenges, and problem-solving abilities.
I applied online and asked for an internal referall. I met with the hiring manager first and then I met with several more members of the time. I did not receive an offer and did not move forward after that.
