Applied online and received a call from an internal IT Recruiter within a few days to setup a phone interview. The recruiter was very professional and thorough and passed me on to the next phase with the manager I would be reporting to. The manager gave me my technical interview with very good questions. I was then setup with a face to face interview a couple of weeks later due to internal scheduling conflicts. The environment was pleasant and the manager made me feel very comfortable, speaking with him was a breeze. I recieved an offer 2 days later.
