Interviewed through referral contact. First is a phone interview in which they ask for the understanding of the job and its duties. General questions about yourself and asks for prior experience and how it can relate to the position. If the phone interview goes well, they will schedule an in person interview within the following week. The in person interview consists of two 30-minute sessions between managers and supervisors. More in depth questions about the position and also gives certain scenarios in which you will have to assess the situation and how you would handle it. Was contacted by phone the next day asking about current employment and salary expectations. Contacted by phone again the next week with an offer.
