Phone screening, Phone interview, superday. Superday consisted of three consecutive 30min interviews with two members on a panel in each one. 80/20 mix of behavioral to technical questions were asked.

Very reasonable. All of the interviewers were very nice and the interview was very conversational. Most of the questions are behavioral as the role is mostly relationship based. Included a couple questions about finance and growing the advisory business.
