Interview
There were multiple rounds
1st Round: Telephonic, it was more of simple getting to know round
2nd Round: Technical round, we have discussed lot of technology which I worked on, we dive into specific tech too and we had long conversation about it
3rd Round: Managerial and Tech Round, Again it was tech round only, but with the manager, Manager also asks overall HR questions
4th Round: Test, It was based on simple coding
5th Round: HR Round
I completed three rounds of interviews for the position, including technical assessments that evaluated my coding proficiency through practical problem-solving exercises designed to test relevant software development skills and knowledge.
Was given a leetcode problem within the first 4 mins of the interviewer. Wish I was making this up. Interviewers did not really introduce themselves besides names, straight to the code problem.The interview felt extremely cold. No soul, no passion, no discussion
Asked very scripted questions and everyone took a lot of notes. I really enjoyed the people I spoke with and they really made me think about the role and my past
