Disrespectful - I had multiple conversations including an onsite interview. Received a verbal offer but then no information for months. Surprising when only positive feedback had been shared. Understandable if needs changed but lack of communication was not the solution.

Guess people were nice throughout but no clarity on how the process will proceed if at all. Eventually received an automated rejection, because there is a limit on these posts, how useful, yay blanket checks.
