Interview
Had an initial call with the recruiter was then moved to the second round which was a technical interview with two engineer. It was over an hour and a half and I believe I answered everything correctly and we had a good enjoyable conversation. I then got ghosted and tried emailing for some feedback at least. They clearly didn't respect me or the time I put into the interview and I even did the interview whilst on holiday. Won't be applying again. Even worse, a recruiter from JP had the cheek to contact me (unrelated to my interview) and was like we really like your profile and want you to apply for this role, (a react role). Clearly you're just another number to them.
I completed three rounds of interviews for the position, including technical assessments that evaluated my coding proficiency through practical problem-solving exercises designed to test relevant software development skills and knowledge.
Was given a leetcode problem within the first 4 mins of the interviewer. Wish I was making this up. Interviewers did not really introduce themselves besides names, straight to the code problem.The interview felt extremely cold. No soul, no passion, no discussion
Asked very scripted questions and everyone took a lot of notes. I really enjoyed the people I spoke with and they really made me think about the role and my past
