Initial phone screen followed by one-on-one interview followed by group interview—all on different days. The group interview started almost an hour late due to a panel member being “detained on the floor.” Once the interview commenced, I was never asked questions about how I would handle day-to-day likely scenarios but was asked what I do for fun, why I wanted to relocate to Ft Worth, whether I knew any current or former JPS employees, whether I had a bias against providing services to indigent patients, what nursing in the Air Force was like, etc. My third and final interview lasted 15-20 minutes. Less than two hours later, I received an email that I was not a match for their organization.
