Original phone interview was okay, second interview was spot on- I interviewed in person with the head of finance and my direct ED manager. However, I firmly believe the compensation discussion should happen from the get go (but the HR rep at the time said they don't discuss that until the second interview- [which now I know isn't true, but that's more on me])
