You get an interview by phone first, then with the manager and doctors and meet the staff. During the phone interview, you are asked why you chose this hospital, skills review, and about salary. If they take the next step, the manager sets up a time to meet them, doctors, and staff. If all goes well, HR will call and give an offer along with final salary.

Very easy and the people were very understanding about my situation of living quite the distance and interviewed me online through video. The process was better than I thought, I was worried for nothing.

I met a recruiter at a job fair on Tuesday, applied for the Job on that day. I received a call Thursday, interview the following Monday. Got offered the job several hours after the interview. Negotiated salary the same day and got my acceptance letter the following day (Tuesday). Everything happened within a week for me and I am so thankful because I know everyone has different experiences but mine was a very smooth transition.
