Interview
I talked to them at my school's career fair (Cal Poly) and they asked me some questions about my resume, but it was more of me getting info about the company. They took my resume and asked for the positions I was interested in. After about 2 weeks I got a call from an HR rep and he set up a group call with him and the Engineering Department Manager, a former Cal Poly Alumnus, asking about my experience, and telling me about the instrumentation team, and gave me a verbal offer. They gave me an application number, I applied and got an official offer. I accepted a week and a half later.

Interview
Went to career fair, submitted resume and talked with HR representative. I then got called to schedule a phone interview. I think since they have a large staff from Cal Poly and this group only recruits from Cal Poly, I was streamlined to an interview with my immediate manager. After a conversation which was equal parts questions about resume entries and me asking about the job itself, I had it!
