I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at JT4 in Oct 2010
Interview
Review of qualifications was extensive. Managers made personal interview of each candidate. Your knowledge and skill set (electronic technician) had to be real and extensive. No BS - the interviewers have extensive experience - they're not just HR people.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at JT4 (Las Vegas, NV)
Interview
First I received a phone interview where I was asked some technical electronics questions. Then I was told that they were interested and wanted me to come for an in-person interview. The in-person interview was conducted in a casual and professional manner where basic electronics questions were asked. The panel was easy-going and very relatable. Overall, it was a great experience that built my confidence up considering that this is a new career field for me.
