      RF Engineer Interview

      Feb 3, 2024
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Las Vegas, NV
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at JT4 (Las Vegas, NV) in Jan 2024

      Interview

Submitted my resume online and it took nearly a month to hear anything from the company. A hiring manager reached out and did an initial quick phone screening interview. Proceeded to the next step of a background check as a prerequisite for a formal interview. The next interview was virtual with six members on the interviewing panel representing different departments within the company. The interviewers provided insight of the company and the services they provide to the customer. The majority of the interview was technical to gain insight of my experience and qualifications versus what the position would entail. The job description versus the actual interview was not the same. I was prepared to interview for what the job description stated (and the reason why I applied to the job), but it seemed that they were casting a wide net for multiple positions. Bait and switch. After the interview the hiring manager reached out and wanted to schedule an in-person interview. Their talent acquisition/HR department reached out to setup travel arrangements. I proposed a date so that I could fly out to Vegas and I never heard anything back from them. No response to email or texts, totally ghosted. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. It’s apparent this company has a revolving door when it comes to people coming in and leaving, that’s why they are recruiting so heavily. Read the reviews of the company (and ignore the obvious short fake reviews) and it’s clearly obvious it’s a toxic work environment (google “toxic work environment”). If the overall interview process is this bad, imagine what it would be like working there…
