I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JVC Kenwood (Long Beach, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
Pre-screening, I felt went well. Questions were related to actual work processes, challenged situations, work accomplishments, and success in my field. Provided job description was a good match for my current skills, qualifications, but not out of the extreme of skills unlearned. In house interview with HR head in New Jersey appeared to go downhill in areas as my perception was that my education was challenged then I was thrown HR terminology that no one uses on a daily basis. The PHR test questions had nothing to do with the day-to-day work activities and culture. NOT a good perception. Felt some bias and discrimination. That's hard for me to make that accusation as that's a rare occurrence. But as they tout company diversity, there was nothing warm and fuzzy post interview experience. Very strange and clearly NOT a beneficial experience or impression of the company.
This position is still posted and may be hard to fill.

3 hour long video interviews , then a two hour onsite. Five hours total over four weeks. Then totally ghosted. No follow up, no rejection. Totally unprofessional. Would not recommend.
