I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at JW Logistics (Hillsboro, OR) in Nov 2019
Interview
Based off of personality and not experience. Fairly easy if you can sweet talk the manager. Dress nice and bring some questions. Do some research on the company first. They are based in Texas.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at JW Logistics (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2015
Interview
submitted resume for management review, they called and scheduled an in person interview about two days later. Met at the local office but the door was locked and manager forgot key so we did the interview at starbucks instead. Very laid back, manager was confident and very knowledgeable about the position.
Interview was mostly getting a feel for personality on both ends, lack of experience in logistics/position applying for was irrelevant. It was more about the first impression and whether I would be a good fit for the local team.
