The interview process went smoothly.First you have phone interview only. The recruiter was very nice. She just gave the basics of what the job would be like as well as the pay they were offering for that particular position. You had the opportunity to state your preferences with job pay etc. and whether you were still interested. If they were interested in you then they schedule a follow up interview with hiring managers to see if they think you would be a good fit.
