It is very envolved process. First it takes forever to hear back from them to schedule an interview. Then they want a copy of your current pay stub beforr they give you an offer. After you wait to get the offer you wait again to get the start date. Then you have tons of paperwork and pre orientation projects to complete befor the actual orientation. These must be completed otherwise you will not be able to start orientation. When all said and done from the time you interview to the time you stay takes about 3 month. But it's worth if for what you get from the company, including a pension.
