Initial phone screening with recruiter. Proceeded to 1 on 1 Interviews with recruiter and subsequently hiring manager. Health screening required, which can make onboarding process a bit lengthy. Overall it takes time but goes smoothly. Make sure you are up date on vaccinations prior to health screening for faster processing. There is also a detailed orientation process upon hire.

The Manager wanted to know work schedule availability up front and explained that there would be certain time of year where they would expect employees to work nights and weekends if need be.
