Interview
HR screens candidates, then hiring VP (director level hiring), met with Physician Services VP, Chief Medical Officer and President of Medical Staff. The process was fairly quick, the orientation through the Hr department was short and to the point as they had to cover a lot of information.
Met with about 10 different people. They wanted to ensure we all felt it was the right fit for everyone and that I got a good picture as to what type of environment I would be entering.
