Interviewed by a RN recruiter and by the department head; now the process has changed and interviews are done by a panel. Did not take long to get response and accepted offer.

Questions geared towards my knowledge about long term care, caring for a geriatric population, how I would deal with conflicts. In general trying get to know me, how much I knew about the area I would be working in. I do not recall any surprising questions or difficult to answer questions at the time. Most of the questions were straight forward

Took 2 planes to get to Miami. Interviewed for about an hour with healthcare team then met with the CNO. Offered different position than what I originally interviewed for based upon recent issues with position. Never received any salary/package offer.

Easy, straightforward. Seemed interested in getting to know me as a person to see how I would fit into their positive team culture. No trick questions. Tour of facility and opportunity to meet coworkers clean, nice, advanced place.
