Apply online. Several weeks for response from Nurse Recruiter to set up interview process. Interview with manager, then set up peer interview. Have to wait for call backs in between. Backround check including fingerprints.

Interview
The interview was very good and informal with minimal pressure! I was verry nervous before but the second I started the nurse manager was so nice. It is a testament to their work culture. I enjoyed getting to speak with it's manager and have a tour of the unit.
