It was formal and detailed. I had a panel of 3 people including Nurse Managers and Educator. I engaged with all and answer questions as asked. I then asked questions about the department and position to get a better understanding of the day to day operations of the registered nurse.

Multiple level interview. The depart that worked for was ambulatory. I worked with post operative patients. I worked Monday-Friday I began each shift at 5am and end once the last patient is either discharged or transferred on to the floor. Sometimes I left after 7pm. Very difficult to sustain a work life balance
