Interview
Straight forward, 1:1 interview. 4 competency questions and 1 technical question.
There was also a group activity in which we had to discuss the location of a sustainable housing development based on the following:

Describe a time you went over and above your expectations.
Describe a time you carried out further research in order to make a decision.
Describe a time you have had to call on others to help you.
Group interview discussing the topic of recent engineering news. 8 mins discussion 1 question.
written test was easy with written and calculation questions. Around 6 questions in total, 30 minutes.
Technical Test for an hour, focus on knowledge in engineering, similar to the mid-term test in university, not really difficult. And debate section for 10 mins on the trending controversy.
