I've had skype interview for process engineer position. Everything was very friendly, common questions about my skills, previous projects and specific experience. I was prepared and interviewer was really nice.
Easy application, just attach your resume and fill out demographic information. It took a while to hear back but I was scheduled an interview within a couple days of hearing back. It was a virtual interview with one senior engineer and the department manager. I was asked situational questions regarding how to approach conflict, safety, and teamwork and about my background, even aspects that didn't necessarily translate to the role I applied to. I was offered the job the next day.
