Telephonic interview, very easy interview and very quick response in hiring. Direct hiring from Pakistan on telephonic interview. Department manager took interview on previous experience and past companies. some technical question were also asked but not much diffcult.

Some technical and non technical question related to previous experience
Easy application, just attach your resume and fill out demographic information. It took a while to hear back but I was scheduled an interview within a couple days of hearing back. It was a virtual interview with one senior engineer and the department manager. I was asked situational questions regarding how to approach conflict, safety, and teamwork and about my background, even aspects that didn't necessarily translate to the role I applied to. I was offered the job the next day.
