Interview
There are two written tests: general aptitude and technical aptitude. Both are very easy and most people will be able to clear.
Next is group discussion where most are eliminated.
The candidates clearing the GD then have to give an interview. The interview is mostly technical. Mechanics,strength of material and thermal subjects are asked.

I have completed the first stage of the interview, which included a 30-minute written test, a group discussion, and a walking tour around the company. The test was straightforward, the discussion was engaging, and the tour helped me understand the office culture and working environment better. Overall, it was a positive experience.
