Went multiple interview rounds, the role was closed without timely communication. Poor candidate experience lack transparency. I find a lot of loop holes in the hiring process. They lack professionalism. For instance the HR asked after one interview asked me to apply to another roles as well and immediately after the interview they deleted the role from internal system by saying we are closing if the role was closing why you had two round of interviews and waste time of 2-3 hours. That’s insane

Nothing technical. It was more like a tell me about yourself session. They said will notify me after few weeks of the interview session. Try to do some follow up but none reply.
