Interview
I was interviewed by three team members. They were kind, explained the interview process and allowed me to expand on my answers and offered support throughout. I was asked questions relating to my education, current role, report writing and field experience with a short ID quiz at the end (Flora and Fauna/ Invasive and Protected Species).

Explain a time you’ve asked for help; What surveying experience do you have; How important is Health & Safety as an ecologist; Are you comfortable working evenings/ early mornings; What made you interested in Jacobs

Interview
The interview process was clear and straight-forward. The company sent me an email about the interview and I was easily able to find a good date and time. The interviewers were warm and we had great conversations.

Very informal chat. Started with role description then went though list of specific questions they had to ask. Asked about experience. Then an ID quiz at the end consisting of trees, flowers, reptiles, amphibians, birds, scat, footprints (1-2 from each). Short interview compared to others I have had.
