Everything seemed great initially until I learned later they decided earlier than I had been told they would make their decision. My response to one question on teamwork philosophy clashed with their team philosophy style, which is ironic when I learned later they have a high turnover rate because of this philosophy of redundant layered editing reviews of coworkers' final products.
