Interview
The first round of interview process was aptitude test. Aptitude test was having two categories. One was general aptitude and another was technical aptitude. Only people who had cracked aptitude test were allowed to appear for interview. Candidates who don't had cracked aptitude but scored above average for those company had provided additional opportunity. They had divided people in groups and conducted group discussion(GD) round. Some from GD round got qualified for interviews. It was panel based interview process. Technical and HR interviews were conducted by panel. The results were declared on next day of interview.

Interview
I interviewed at my college. It was a 2 day process which consist of Written round, Group Discussion, Techincal and HR round. Offline test was quite difficult it surely gonna check your technical skills, GD round was there just to check your communication skills and last rounds were easy if you are good with technical stuff.

3 interview processes. A panel of 4 people (2 tech and 2 HR people)
1. Written test (technical, aptitude and english). Technical had hard-core SQL and Java questions. Some C, C++ and DS. I guess one of the hardest technical tests I attended.
2. Group discussion. It was rather a small speech to them. They sat 10 of us in a row and gave a question and asked one by one to speak on it.
3. Technical and HR. 1 round consisting of one tech and one Hr person interviewing a candidate.

The interview conducted were good. All the questions related to technical and personal were asked.
technical questions about the language like c,java,.net were asked to me.I were asked to write the couple of database queries,file handling program of language c. They have asked me to explain the project. some of the questions related to language java were asked to me.
The interview process were easy and interactive .
