Attended three rounds, including one in Hyderabad. Despite clearing all stages, HR insisted on securing another offer with a one-month notice period before issuing an offer letter. I had already communicated a 45-day notice period beforehand and shared my experience and behavioral details. In the end, the company's culture left a negative impression.
