It took 1.5 week to complete the process, including 2 Technical interviews and one HR discussion round. 1st Interview kind of mid level hard and 2nd techno managerial round. Its all good here so far. Once you clear first 2 rounds, for HR round they will tell you how Jade is better than any other organization and we should accept offer even if they offer less than your current CTC. Irony is they offer less than current CTC, I was not expecting this from Jade Global.
