It was a long process, with at least 3 different interviews.
I made to the final ends, but they didn't match me with any clients, with that no offer was made officially

Question 1
They ask about your experiences so far and your approach to solve problems with co-workers
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Jahnel Group in Mar 2025
Interview
I recently had a very disappointing experience with Jahnel Group's recruitment process. Throughout the interview, the recruiter repeatedly emphasized that Jahnel Group is a "people-first" company, implying transparency and genuine care for candidates. Unfortunately, my experience did not reflect this claim at all.
After completing the first of four stages in their hiring process, I proactively asked about the next steps at the end of the initial interview, specifically about scheduling the technical test. Rather than receiving transparency, I was given a vague and evasive response by the recruiter, leaving me with a strong impression that they had already decided not to move forward with my application. After several days without communication, I eventually received only a generic rejection email with no explanation for their decision.
Hoping to receive constructive feedback that could help me improve for future opportunities, I reached out directly to HR and the original recruiter via email and LinkedIn. Despite multiple attempts, I was completely ghosted.
Given Jahnel Group's stated emphasis on being "people-centric," I expected at least minimal professional courtesy, especially considering the significant time and effort candidates invest in the interview process. The lack of transparency, absence of meaningful feedback, and disregard for candidate communication I experienced were disappointing and unprofessional.
If Jahnel Group truly values candidates as people, as they claim, they should offer clear and constructive feedback or, at the very least, maintain respectful communication throughout the hiring process. Instead, my experience was marked by unprepared recruiters and impersonal, generic correspondence lacking any useful explanation. My experience instead raised significant concerns about how they might treat their employees, leaving the impression that individuals could be seen merely as cogs in the machine.
