Applied online, received email with questionnaire and I asked about compensation because that isn't listed anywhere in job description and also let them know I was only interested in remote positions, they listed the job as remote, not remote hybrid. They were expecting 2 days in the office, in NY. I don't live in NY and my resume clearly states that I don't live in NY. Received a message back saying they were no longer considering me. Waste of time. Don't entertain these companies that lie about being remote.
