Jahnel Group Project Management interview questions

I met an associate recruiter for a half-hour who spent much of the time reading from a script that seemed to be trying to sell me on how "cool" and "fun" they are. I was only asked the most basic of interview questions and also asked about my hobbies (which, if you are in an hour interview maybe, but is that important in the half-hour we have?). I am floored I didn't make it past this interview since I didn't have a chance to even talk about anything important and my resume laid out my experience beforehand. I think place that likes to hire young people, and they may be ageist in their hiring - hence the hobby question. They seem to want to collect people with quirky pastimes but not experience. They also have barely any POC and a video on their website about their "culture" that is questionable in its taste level.
