Jai Medical Systems interview questions

The first interview lasted for 3+ hours, which was promising. After this, they had me send over my transcript from college and a writing sample. When I went back for a second interview they seemed to have just been looking at these materials for the first time... weeks after I sent them. They kept me for an additional 3 hour interview and never got back to me about the job. Extremely unprofessional and drawn out. Especially for such a small organization, they should take these things into consideration. Also, nobody in their right mind would sign a two year contract for a glorified CSR role.. are you crazy?

Interview process involved was basically reviewing the resume. And they asked for generic questions nothing technical. It would have been better to have a telephonic interview for the basic screening process. Rather than having an in person interview.
