      Senior Analyst Interview

      Mar 16, 2017
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Jam City

      Interview

The recruiter contacted me to interview and I set up an appointment. I received an email reminder for the interview the day before. When I called in at the scheduled time, there was no response. I ended up leaving a voicemail message and email. The recruiter emailed back saying she was pulled into a meeting and asked to reschedule for later that day. When I replied to reschedule (that day, and about a week later), she never responded. As an aside, something similar happened with another person who applied for a different position (but with the same recruiter). This time, the recruiter was supposed to call for the interviewer, but she never did. When my friend tried to follow up, there was no response. My impression of the company has definitely gone down based on my (and others') experiences with this recruiter. Given that recruiters are often the first point of contact with a company, it's important for them to actually make scheduled appointments and, failing that, to follow up with applicants.
