Recruiter contacted me a month or two after I sent them my resume. Had a first screen call with the recruiter and skype call with 6 people the week after. The first call with a team leader, the second one was with my manager, then with a team of 3 people, and finally with one exec. It was quite chilled but the team leader asked me specific questions about digital marketing and programmatic.
