Sadly I had a negative experience similar to the ones described before. Got contacted by a recruiter, scheduled a phone screening but never got a phone call on the designated time. However the recruiter called me back approximately in an hour and left a voicemail where suggested to call her back by the end of the day without any apologies about the missed scheduled call. The call was followed by the email that came out later with an apology and another suggestion to call them back by the end of the day without any other slots being offered. Overall not a positive impression. Dear recruiters, please be considerate of your candidates' time. Since we're trusting you the evaluation of our professional skills would be great if we could get an awesome level of professionalism in return.
