Two 30 minutes interviews with the director and the SVP of marketing. A few behavioral questions along with questions regarding the resume and skillsets that could be utilized for the internship role. Near the end of both interviews, there was a lengthy conversation about what I would like to achieve from this internship, showing focus on employee growth as well. The interview also broke down some of the responsibilities and tasks they were looking to have tackled by the intern, making the wants and needs of the company clear.
