Interview
The first round is a phone interview with HR. The second round is meeting with a senior designer and an art director. Overall it is a pretty friendly and positive experience. Just talked about who you are and what they are looking for.

Zuerst habe ich 2 Tests gemacht und nachdem ich akzeptiert wurde, habe ich einen weiteren Test gemacht. Bisher war alles in Ordnung, aber nachdem ich den letzten Test bestanden hatte. Ich wurde ungefähr 2 Wochen lang nicht kontaktiert. Nachdem Sie mir gesagt haben, müssen Sie warten, bis das Projekt beginnt. Nach weiteren 2 Wochen sagen Sie mir, dass die Qualität Ihrer Arbeit nicht gut ist und es keine Zusammenarbeit gibt !!!
