The interview process was done in an extremely unprofessional way and here is why:
- No replies to e-mails for a few weeks;
- incorrect scheduling with different timezones;
- No response after promises to reschedule.
Phone interview, followed by at-home assessment.
Called in for round Robin virtual interview with multiple team members lasting a few hours, followed by final "fit" interview with management. Formal rejection received by email two weeks later.
