First, they contacted me via an agency. They were looking for a remote level designer. After talking with the headhunter, I participated in a meeting with the design director. His questions were to the point and very specific questions about puzzle level design. He was looking for experience in puzzle level design. I haven't got that experience. After the meeting, the headhunter messaged me that I didn't qualify for the job.
