The hiring manager contacted me for an interview 3 days after I submitted an application, and I was invited in for an interview the following day. The interview process was easy. The hiring manager just chatted about his home life (children, finances, inability to travel), and generally did not ask much in terms of the actual position. He tried to tell me to get out of accounting while I was still young as well. I then interviewed with the VP of Finance who proceeded to have a "casual" style interview.
